You can log on to the application to:

 

  • View your past six monthly bills
  • Download your itemized call details

  • Download your usage details to your PC at any time you wish and then using a friendly application (i.e. Excel), analyze at your convenience!

How do you use it?

 

Simply follow these four easy steps:

 

  1. Get on to the Cable & Wireless website www.cwseychelles.com

 

  1. Click on the Cable e-Bill option on the front page.

 

  1. On the Login page, enter your username and password and then press Enter.

 

 

  1. If you’ve entered the correct username and password, you’ll see an introduction page that can help you navigate through the site.

 

There are five main options, which you can choose from the Menu Panel.

 

(a)    Billing: Gives you access to your billing and itemized call details.

 

        

 

Selecting the bill date gives you the option to view your bill

 

 

(b)   Download Bill Info: Download your call details to your computer!

 

(c)    Change Username: Allows you to change your username whenever you wish.

 

(d)   Change Password: Your password should be kept secret.  Use this option to change it at any time.

 

(e)    Log Out:  You should always log out after using Cable e-Bill so that your information is kept confidential.
